With a deep love for the wines of the Mediterranean, we’ve kept the focus of our family-run winery firmly on these delicious and expressive styles right from the very start. Now, many years after we planted our first vines, we’re proud to offer the largest range of emerging varieties to you from our Woodside, Adelaide Hills Wine Region Cellar Door.

We’re here for lovers of wine looking to expand their palates by trying something new, the oenophiles who find joy in the perfect food and wine match, or those just wanting to relax, have fun, and drink seriously good wine!
Whether you’re coming in for a tasting, or just want a glass of wine or a bottle to share or lingering longer with one of our platters of delicious local produce, our cellar door provides a beautiful backdrop for your experience with outstanding views.
We produce more than 17 different wines from our Bird in Hand Rd, vineyard in Woodside, Adelaide Hills and our Springfarm vineyard in the Clare Valley (with more to come!). All wines start in the vineyard, so we plant every vine in the region best suited to its climatic needs, ensuring each variety is grown as mindfully and sustainably as possible. With great fruit, we’re able to produce beautiful vegan friendly wines with minimal intervention.
With stunning views of rolling vines and the lush, green Adelaide Hills beyond, our Bird in Hand Rd, Woodside cellar door is a feast for your senses. Taste our award-winning emerging varieties in the comfort of our architecturally-designed and fully accessible cellar door year-round, as we invite you to relax and feel at home. We offer seated, guided tastings accompanied by a cheese tasting plate.
Did you know that you can also treat us like a wine bar and pop in anytime to enjoy a glass or share a bottle and we also offer delicious small plates along with our renowned seasonal local food platters for those who want to linger longer. Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options available.
Our wines are estate grown, single vineyard, minimal sulphites and vegan friendly.

Our focus and passion is on the new- emerging Mediterranean varieties. The Front Palate wine club gives you the opportunity to discover and enjoy a selection of these new varieties, for which we have been awarded 42 trophies across the range.
