Join us for an evening of wine, cheese and literature.
Artwine are proud to host the launch of bestselling Australian author, Tricia Stringer's latest release, 'Something in the Wine'.
The book is set in a fictitious Margaret River vineyard and includes a link to an Adelaide Hills winery producing a very special Spanish variety, Albarino.
“Keely Mitchell is taking a holiday to escape realities at home she’d rather not face but when she ends up at Levallier Dell Winery she’s caught in the middle of a tug-of-war between father and son wine makers, Euan and Flynn Levallier.
A warm-hearted rural romance, this time set among the scenic vineyards of Margaret River wine country”.
As the only producer of Albarino in the Adelaide Hills, Artwine owner Judy Kelly will be launching the book and giving guests an insight into the viticulture and quirky history of Albarino in Australia.
Guests will be treated to a glass of Albarino on arrival, a selection of local cheese with accompaniments and, of course, a few words from the author herself.
Matilda’s Bookshop will have copies of Tricia’s books for sale on the night which the author will be happy to sign.
One lucky attendee will WIN a copy of Something in the Wine and a bottle of our (almost) sold out 'The Real Thing' Albarino.
Please RSVP via cellardoor@artwine.com.au as places are limited.
Doors will open from 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
