Feral Farmer is a Bordeaux style blend from our Clare Valley Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon with our Adelaide Hills Merlot. Lifted aromas of berry fruits and anise lead to the same on the palate with hints of luscious dark chocolate. Integrated French oak, giving long palate length, with soft tannins on the finish.

Match with all meat dishes from roast chicken to beef, lamb and stronger flavoured meats such as kangaroo and pheasant.
