Dry savoury tannins are wrapped in the core of fruit, with oak spice (cedar) contributing to the complexity of flavours on the palate. The mouthfeel integrates structure and fruit intensity well and the finish is long and savoury. A more youthful style of tempranillo, with enough acidity to support further bottle maturation.”
