This week is the International celebration of Albariño.
We are thrilled to have produced the Adelaide Hills first and still only Albariño, a variety we fell in love with years ago.
All other wines get a day to celebrate - Albariño deservedly gets a whole week!
We totally support that! The wine is elegant, with aromas and a palate of citrus that we describe is overlaid with stone fruit. Slightly textural and great length of flavour. This wine is a match made in heaven for seafood, sushi and salmon.
